HVA Jewelry — Terms and Conditions

WTID Creative | Knoxville, Tennessee

The HVA and Spirit of the Valley jewelry offered through this fundraiser is created and sold by WTID Creative in support of the Hardin Valley Academy Spirit of the Valley band program.

WTID Creative donates the design work, silver used in standard pendants, engraving, hand-finishing, labor, and standard packaging. The proceeds from these sales are donated to the Spirit of the Valley, after payment-processing fees and the wholesale costs of optional upgrades such as chains and gemstones. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are collected separately.

Purchases are payments for merchandise supporting a fundraiser, not tax-deductible charitable donations.

Each pendant is individually made and finished. Minor variations in texture, appearance, and engraving are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewelry. Product photographs are representative of the designs and finishes offered.

Please review all personalization instructions carefully. Customized items are made according to the information supplied with the order. Special-order materials, gemstones, and designs may require additional time and written confirmation of pricing.

Because these items are individually made for a fundraising program, we do not ordinarily accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind.

If your pendant arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact WTID Creative promptly. We will work with you to correct the problem, including repair or replacement where appropriate, without limiting any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Available shipping and local pickup options are presented during checkout. Delivery and completion times may vary depending on customization and order volume.

Questions about an order, personalization, or a special request can be directed to WTID Creative through the contact information provided on this website.
